All decor items brought in are on a 4-week rental basis and can be renewed if necessary . Please enquire about our prorate program for our VIP clients. Larger items such as furniture can also be added to packages at an extra charge. We are here to help make your styling and listing experience easy and stress free, so please just ask!

Our exclusive Eclipse package will transform your entire home. Every potential buyer will walk in and immediately fall in love! If you want your home to look and feel like a show home, this is the one for you. This package includes art and decor items for up to 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as main living areas. For larger properties we will provide a custom quote based on needs. This package is perfect for homes with an average of 2500 square feet of living space.

This decor package is a great choice for smaller homes or townhomes. We will bring in all the missing details so that your home is certain to outshine the competition. We will focus on 3-4 main rooms in the home, accentuate the current decor by adding elements such as art, cushions and small decor items. This package is sure to bring your listing to the next level. The end result will have your neighbours asking what you did, and how you did it!
This package is suitable for homes between 1200-1800square feet.

This highly desired decor package is one of our most popular! This package is for all homes that are already close to picture perfect ,but just need a few finishing touches. Your designer will guide you as which rooms are in most need of styling. Minimal decor elements such as pillows, florals, and art will be brought in because you already have most of what’s needed to get ready for your listing photos. We will put everything together to transform your property so it most appeals to the target demographic. This package is perfect for homes ranging between 800 and 1200 square feet, typically condos and smaller townhomes.

Photo Day Styling Package
We understand that time is of the essence when listing your property. In a pinch? One of our designers will arrive on photo day ready to assist with all those last-minutes preparations. From folding towels, to folding down beds and decluttering – we will have your listing ready in pinch. This Package includes up to 2 hours hands on styling. Additional time may be added for larger properties in need of more assistance.
